Не запускается клиент программы

Приветствую! Вылетает вот такая вот ошибка , помогите.

Установите программу, скачав инсталлер по этой ссылке https://h2n.blob.core.windows.net/main/Hand2NoteInstaller_x86.exe

Вот что пишет теперь?

Попробуйте очистить папку C:\Users\general\appdata\roaming\hand2note

У вас какая ОС?

Нет такой папки. Система :Windows 7

Попробуйте удалить папку pgsql x86 из корневого каталога программы и заменить ее папкой с тем же именем из этого архива https://www.dropbox.com/s/zuompxogjdwgzuv/pgsql x86.rar?dl=0
